Insurance Billing

As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance company for you. Please be advised that patients are responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, and non-covered, or non-authorized services.

Co-pays (when applicable) are due at the time of service, unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Velocity Physiotherapy accepts MasterCard and VISA cards.

We recommend that you contact your insurance provider prior to your first visit to determine if any pre-authorization or referral is required. To determine your coverage and benefits contact your medical insurance company. Coverage depends upon your medical provider and the specific plan you have chosen.
